1. The  Registration is Only B2B i.e only for subdealers
2. A compliant GST Number is required for Validation and sucessful Registration
3. The Registration Is Mandatory for all subdealers who wish to do business with Us
4. Registration process will be checked manually and manual approval will be given after sucessful on call verifaction of the subdealer by our team
5.  Tools india will have reserved rights to withdraw the subdealer without prior notice 
6. If the subdealers fails to provide necessary details required by us during on call verifaction the application will be regected 
7. Please mention the transport name so we can dispatch the material from the particular said transport
8. Please provide whtsapp number so we can update you the details of ur dispatch
9. The price displayed on the website excludes the transportation cost and are wholesale price only
10. All the material will be dispatched from our masjid bunder warehouse
11. If the dispatch address is different from registration address so please mention in the shipping address column during checkout
